1. Adherence to these rules is crucial for maintaining a peaceful and secure environment in the hostel.
2. Violating these rules may result in penalties, eviction, or legal action as applicable.
3. Please ensure you understand and accept these terms before moving in.
1. Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent must be paid at the time of admission.
2. Rent Payment: The hostel rent must be paid on time every month.
3. Security Money Refund: Security money will not be refunded if the hostel is vacated within three months.
4. Notice Period: It is mandatory to provide at least 15 days' notice before vacating the hostel.
5. Late-Night Entry: Entry after 10:00 PM will not be permitted.
6. Emergency Contact: Every resident must provide an emergency contact detail of a family member or guardian.
7. Room Sharing: Residents are not allowed to let unregistered guests stay overnight in their rooms.
8. Guest Charges: In case of guest stays, an additional fee of ₹500 per day will be charged.
9. Male Visitors: Male visitors are only allowed in the common area of the PG with prior permission from the warden or owner. Entry to the room area is strictly prohibited.
10. Property Damage: Any damage to the PG property must be fully compensated by the resident.
11. Electricity Bill: Electricity charges will be billed separately, calculated as per the sub-meter reading.
12. Utensils: All utensils provided by the hostel must be returned when vacating, failing which a fine of ₹500 will be imposed.
13. Unethical Activities: Involvement in any unethical or suspicious activities will lead to immediate eviction, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
14. Dress Code: Decent and respectful attire is mandatory in common areas.
15. Health Responsibility: The management will not be responsible for any physical or mental harm caused to residents.
16. Valuables: The safety of valuable items is the sole responsibility of the resident.
17. Receipt of Payment: Residents must obtain a receipt at the time of fee payment. Fees are non-refundable once the receipt is issued.
18. Kitchen Usage: The kitchen should be used only during designated hours, and utensils must be cleaned immediately after use.
19. Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Jaipur only.
1. सिक्योरिटी डिपॉजिट: प्रवेश के समय एक माह का किराया सिक्योरिटी के रूप में जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
2. किराया भुगतान: हॉस्टल का किराया प्रतिमाह समय पर भुगतान करना आवश्यक है।
3. सिक्योरिटी मनी वापसी: यदि तीन माह से पहले हॉस्टल खाली किया जाता है, तो सिक्योरिटी मनी वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
4. सूचना अवधि: हॉस्टल खाली करने से कम से कम 15 दिन पूर्व सूचना देना अनिवार्य है।
5. देर रात प्रवेश: रात्रि 10:00 बजे के बाद प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
6. आपातकालीन संपर्क: हर रहवासी को अपने परिवार के सदस्य या अभिभावक का आपातकालीन संपर्क विवरण देना होगा।
7. रूम शेयरिंग: रहवासी अपने कमरे में बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन के मेहमानों को रातभर ठहराने की अनुमति नहीं है।
8. गेस्ट चार्जेज: गेस्ट आने की स्थिति में ₹500 प्रति दिन अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
9. पुरुष आगंतुक: पुरुष आगंतुकों को केवल पीजी के कॉमन एरिया में प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी, वह भी पीजी के वॉर्डन या ऑनर की पूर्व अनुमति से। रूम एरिया में पुरुष आगंतुकों का आना सख्त मना है।
10. सम्पत्ति की क्षति: पीजी की संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाने पर मरम्मत का पूरा खर्च किरायेदार को देना होगा।
11. बिजली बिल: बिजली का बिल अलग से लिया जाएगा, जो सब-मीटर के अनुसार निर्धारित होगा।
12. बर्तन: हॉस्टल खाली करते समय दिए गए बर्तन लौटाने होंगे, अन्यथा ₹500 का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा।
13. अनैतिक गतिविधियाँ: किसी भी अनैतिक या संदिग्ध गतिविधि की स्थिति में हॉस्टल तुरंत खाली कराया जाएगा, और सिक्योरिटी राशि जब्त कर ली जाएगी।
14. ड्रेस कोड: कॉमन एरिया में मर्यादित और सम्मानजनक कपड़े पहनना आवश्यक है।
15. स्वास्थ्य जिम्मेदारी: मानसिक या शारीरिक नुकसान की स्थिति में व्यवस्थापक जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
16. कीमती सामान: कीमती सामान की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी रहवासी की होगी।
17. रसीद प्राप्ति: फीस जमा करते समय रसीद प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। रसीद कटने के बाद फीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
18. किचन उपयोग: किचन का उपयोग निर्धारित समय में ही करें और बर्तन तुरंत साफ करें।
19. विवाद समाधान: सभी विवाद केवल जयपुर क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन सुलझाए जाएंगे।
