1. Adherence to these rules is crucial for maintaining a peaceful and secure environment in the hostel.
2. Violating these rules may result in penalties, eviction, or legal action as applicable.
3. Please ensure you understand and accept these terms before moving in.
1. Security Deposit: A one-month rent must be deposited as security at the time of entry. Both the fees and security money should be paid at the time of entry.
2. Rent Payment: Hostel rent is due monthly, and timely payment is required.
3. Security Money Refund: If the hostel is vacated before three months, the security money will not be refunded.
4. Notice Period: A minimum of 15 days' notice is mandatory before vacating the hostel.
5. Emergency Contact: Every resident must provide the emergency contact details of a family member or guardian.
6. Room Sharing: Residents are not allowed to have guests stay overnight in their rooms without registration.
7. Guest Charges: If a guest stays, an additional charge of ₹300 per day will be applied.
8. Electricity Bill: The electricity bill will be charged separately, based on the sub-meter reading.
9. Common Area Use: Maintaining cleanliness and order in all common areas is mandatory.
10. Late Night Entry: No entry will be allowed after 10:00 PM.
11. Receipt of Payment: A receipt must be obtained when paying fees. After receipt issuance, fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation of entry.
12. Unethical Activities & Behavior: Any unethical or suspicious activity or improper behavior in the hostel premises will lead to immediate eviction and forfeiture of the deposit.
13. Security of Valuables: Residents are responsible for the safety of their valuables. The management is not responsible for any loss.
14. Property Damage: Any damage or tampering with the property will incur the full cost of repair, which will be borne by the tenant.
15. Kitchen Utensils: Kitchen utensils must be returned when vacating the hostel. A fine of ₹500 will be levied if not returned.
16. Health and Safety Responsibility: The management is not responsible for any physical harm caused by depression or other reasons. The resident will be fully responsible for their own health and safety.
17. Vacating Hostel Without Notice: Legal action will be taken if the hostel is vacated without prior notice.
18. Parking: Proper use of parking space is mandatory. Any damage caused to another vehicle will be the responsibility of the resident.
19. Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur only.
1. सिक्योरिटी डिपॉजिट: प्रवेश के समय एक माह का किराया सिक्योरिटी के रूप में जमा करना अनिवार्य है। फीस और सिक्योरिटी मनी प्रवेश के समय ही जमा करनी होगी।
2. किराया भुगतान: हॉस्टल का किराया प्रतिमाह देय होगा और समय पर भुगतान करना आवश्यक है।
3. सिक्योरिटी मनी वापसी: यदि तीन माह पूर्व हॉस्टल खाली किया जाता है, तो सिक्योरिटी मनी वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
4. सूचना अवधि: हॉस्टल खाली करने से कम से कम 15 दिन पूर्व सूचना देना अनिवार्य है।
5. आपातकालीन संपर्क: हर रहवासी को अपने परिवार के सदस्य या अभिभावक का आपातकालीन संपर्क विवरण देना होगा।
6. रूम शेयरिंग: रहवासी अपने कमरे में बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन के मेहमानों को रातभर ठहराने की अनुमति नहीं है।
7. गेस्ट चार्जेज: गेस्ट आने की स्थिति में ₹300 प्रति दिन अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
8. बिजली बिल: बिजली का बिल अलग से लिया जाएगा, जो सब-मीटर के अनुसार निर्धारित होगा।
9. कॉमन एरिया उपयोग: सभी कॉमन एरिया में सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना अनिवार्य है।
10. देर रात प्रवेश: रात्रि 10:00 बजे के बाद प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
11. रसीद प्राप्ति: फीस जमा करते समय रसीद अवश्य प्राप्त करें। रसीद कटने के बाद प्रवेश निरस्त कराने पर फीस वापिस नहीं होगी।
12. अनैतिक गतिविधियाँ एवं व्यवहार: यदि हॉस्टल परिसर में अनैतिक या संदिग्ध गतिविधि पाई जाती है या व्यवहार सही नहीं होता, तो तुरंत हॉस्टल खाली करा लिया जाएगा और जमा राशि जब्त कर ली जाएगी।
13. कीमती सामान की सुरक्षा: अपने कीमती सामान की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी स्वयं को लेनी होगी। व्यवस्थापक इसके लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
14. सम्पत्ति की क्षति: सम्पत्ति की तोड़फोड़ या किसी प्रकार की छेड़खानी करने पर सम्पूर्ण खर्चा किरायेदार को देना होगा।
15. खाने के बर्तन: हॉस्टल खाली करते समय खाने के बर्तन पुनः लौटाने होंगे। न लौटाने पर ₹500 का जुर्माना लिया जाएगा।
16. स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा जिम्मेदारी: यदि कोई विद्यार्थी डिप्रेशन या किसी अन्य कारण से शारीरिक नुकसान करता है, तो व्यवस्थापक जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। यह पूरी जिम्मेदारी स्वयं की होगी।
17. बिना सूचना के हॉस्टल खाली करना: बिना सूचना दिए हॉस्टल खाली करने पर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
18. पार्किंग: पार्किंग स्पेस का सही तरीके से उपयोग करें, और किसी अन्य वाहन को नुकसान पहुँचाने पर पूरी जिम्मेदारी निवासियों की होगी।
19. विवाद समाधान: सभी विवाद केवल जयपुर क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होंगे।
